If your child will be absent, please fill out the form below by 9:00 AM
If absence continues for 3 days, a doctor’s note is warranted.

IMPORTANT: Please keep your child home if they have been sick the night before, or on antibiotics less than 24 hours. They should be fever free, or free from stomach distress (vomiting, diarrhea) for 24 hours, in order that they may regain their strength and not be contagious to other students.
